This year marks a quarter century that the OSI team has successfully helped our customers leverage advanced technologies to drive their businesses forward. The anniversary also provides us with a unique opportunity to reflect on the core values that have guided us on our journey to this point, and a fitting moment to consider how today’s enormous shift in business, driven by advances in data and digital technology, will impact our customers in the future.

The milestone also provides us with a moment to consider a pivotal shift as we evolve from OSI Consulting to OSI Digital, a modern consulting company with solutions focused on driving better business outcomes through digital transformation. In this new chapter for our company, we will focus on offering business solutions that enable our customers to thrive by unlocking the value of their data, optimizing their adoption of digital platforms and tools, and bringing the potential of digital technologies into harmony within their workforces, processes and long-term strategic visions.

Continuing to Rise to the Digital Transformation Challenge
Every company, regardless of industry, requires a digital transformation strategy to survive in today’s market. Inside the company, this strategy involves capturing necessary data through applications, sensory automation or other means, and by providing business solutions that enable this data to drive insightful actions and decision-making.

A History of Transformation
For OSI Digital, evolution and advancement has been the norm since the company was founded in 1993. OSI Digital has grown organically through strategic acquisitions, enhancement of service offerings and geographic expansion. Here are the highlights and key milestones in OSI’s history:

  • 1993 – Founded in California as a database management services provider primarily focused on Oracle-based technologies.
  • 1998 – Established OSI Technologies, based in India, focusing on custom application and product development.
  • 2001 – Acquired Vertebrae to expand web-based, UX technologies. 
  • 2004 – Broadened offshore footprint by elevating our product development and delivery capabilities in the APAC market.
  • 2007Acquired EML based out of Ottawa to establish our PeopleSoft capabilities and grow our geographic presence in the Canadian market.
  • 2007– Acquired 1Answer Solutions to establish our Business Intelligence practice.
  • 2010 – Acquired InHarmony to strengthen our application and system integration offerings.
  • 2012 – Acquired Laurysis to establish our presence in the Philippines, thereby increasing our scope in the APAC region.
  • 2014 – Established our Industrial IoT practice by partnering with Bit Stew Systems (Now Part of GE), as their key solution provider for product engineering and delivery services.
  • 2015 – Acquired Astadia’s Salesforce practice and India subsidiary to advance CRM implementation capabilities.
  • 2018 – OSI Consulting rebrands itself as OSI Digital, aligning core capabilities and services with digital transformation to further strengthen market position.

At each inflection point, we developed new expertise and retained some of the best and brightest business and technical talent in the world as part of our global team. Over the course of 25 years, we have developed deep functional and industry knowledge that spans from the most conventional on-site infrastructure to the most complex cloud integrations. Our end-to-end portfolio of services address every aspect of the design, development, and implementation of new digital solutions, and includes the ongoing management, enhancement, and support of existing systems.

What Stays the Same
