The customer needed to ingest unstructured data via emails, documents and images (PDFs, PNGs etc.) and put them in their digital systems so that further processing could be completed. At the time, the customer was manually creating Sales Orders in ERP from customer Purchase Orders, as part of the Order to Cash cycle. This process was not only time-consuming but also error prone and expensive. Also, the process lacked visibility and traceability causing major processing delays and reconciliation issues.
