The company had no centralized infrastructure for messaging, identity and IT services.  The OSI Digital team successfully designed and built an entirely Microsoft Azure-based IT infrastructure with an Office 365 component. PTC now benefits greatly from the centralized infrastructure OSI built on Azure which serves over 80 of their locations in the central and east regions of the US. OSI has strengthened PTC’s security, increased productivity and provided the company with a centralized environment that meets their ever-increasing business needs.
• Spyglass: Spyglass is a corporate services company and was one of OSI Digital’s existing Oracle customers. Due to issues with their existing Microsoft Exchange messaging environments, OSI proposed a project to migrate Spyglass to Office 365. The solutions included: Migration to Office 365 and additional configuration projects. Spyglass now benefits from all the features available with Office 365 including increased security, reliability and a variety of productivity solutions. OSI’s initial engagement to migrate Spyglass to Office 365 has produced additional projects such as MFA implementations, team configurations and much more.
