Chicken of the Sea’s main challenge was to implement a reporting
solution across multiple domains like Demantra, Order
Management, and Supply Chain Management all in one place.
Chicken of the Sea was unable to implement a daily sales report
which dealt with multiple modules and analyzed historical and
sales data. COSI was unable perform deep dive analytics related to
their inventory since they were using multiple down-stream
systems. The COSI team required many live reports to help run
their system seamlessly. The customer was looking for a self-service
reporting solution where users log-in and select required columns
to understand data and make quick decisions based on the insights.
